This successful business couple wanted a custom space that showcased their personal style so they could proudly invite clients and guests to their home. The condo had strict HOA remodeling rules that were incorporated into the project planning. A once industrial concrete ceiling has been adorned with wood panels that match the cabinetry throughout the home. The ceiling panels and light boxes showcase each unique gathering area throughout the open floorplan. The layout and ceiling detail provide support for entertaining groups of people or clients. Public zones are well defined to navigate and lead people through each space throughout the evening’s agenda.
