PROJECT OVERVIEW

This collection of restaurant projects includes 2 Donovan’s steakhouse locations, Prime Seafood, a boutique hotel restaurant proposal and big bear snow summit lodge dining proposal. Each space was field measured, business needs were documented and worked into the design plans, occupancies were maximized while maintaining comfortable dining experiences for the guests. Flexibility and movability were considerations in the designs.

  • Updated finishes to support a rebranding attempt to draw in a new generation of repeat visitors
  • Built-in booths for parties of 6-8 with features that can be enjoyed from 2 levels and be a focal point of the space.

TIMELINE & COSTS

Each one of these projects were commissioned to create design concepts as to support the renovation planning process. These design services ranged from $1200 – $5000. An investment well worth the money when in the research and planning phase.
