McPherson Residence

PROJECT OVERVIEW

The McPherson Residence bought this home many years ago and have been saving for many years to transform their classic colonial style home into their forever home. Finally retired after many years of service it was time to focus on their needs in the next chapter of life. After years of uncaring tenants and destructive weather this home needed a lot of TLC. Most of the costs in this project went to repairs and structural damage. Unfortunately, this is the reality sometimes. But if a home speaks to you, and you fall in the love with the home’s soul, the relationship to revive the home becomes a once and a lifetime experience worth every penny.
